Explorer also promotes the use of the “Pipeline Emergencies” training program. The National Association of State Fire Marshals (NASFM) and the Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) developed “Pipeline Emergencies” to help government and safety officials learn pipeline incident response protocol and considerations.
